Suddenly Spring
As always, it seems like just overnight everything in Minneapolis is budding and blossoming. This time of year is so reviving when we finally see a bit of color on the trees (I started complaining about the dreary gray MN winter palette a few months ago, so I am SO ready for this change). Below are a few shots from yesterday's walk around Lake Harriet (click to enlarge). I was thrilled to finally see a wood duck on the lake - they are absolutely stunning birds. And that little resting coot is just adorable.
