As the weather warms and the sun is shining, I am craving salads and fruits and vegetables constantly. But, going to the grocery store only every two weeks or so has made it difficult to keep a full supply of produce on hand by the end of that timeframe. So, on grocery days and the few days after, I have been taking full advantage of using all the greens I can while they last.

This Potluck Chopped Salad is a recipe in this month’s Bon Appetite and, like it often happens, it was the food photography that drew me to to picking this one. Or, I guess more specifically, my wanting an excuse to use watermelon radishes so I could photograph them too. I mean - how are they real?! Those pinks and purples are just so lovely!!

Next time you make a grocery run, or place your order for delivery, I highly recommend grabbing the ingredients for this salad!
