Hai Hai
A couple of weeks ago I shot some amazing dishes and drinks at Hai Hai for City Pages. This new-ish restaurant in Northeast Minneapolis is a new favorite of mine (and everyone elses in town). I highly recommended going on a hot evening and finding a spot on the patio. I stopped by for dinner a few nights before my photo assignment and ordered the Lychee Keen (it’s a gin based slushy cocktail and it’s amazing and maybe a little dangerous because you’ll want to have so many of them). I don’t think you can really go wrong on any of the food, but the veggie Vietnamese Crepe is brilliant.
