Octo Fish Bar

My most recent assignment for City Pages is hitting racks today! For this week's food feature I headed over to Octo Fish Bar in St. Paul, and oh man were the dishes gorgeous. Food is one of my favorite subjects to photograph. The textures and colors are always surprising and interesting, and my goal is always to capture images that make your mouth water.  

Below are a few of my favorite shots for the shoot. The caviar on top of the lobster roll was so stunning - the pop of red and the light shining through just makes the shot.
